The DLV technique is capable of identifying scenarios of multiple damages in the structure via a truncated modal basis without a predetermined reference model. This methodology has also been adopted for damage localization of space trusses or plates by Gao et al. [5, 6] and Huynh et al. [7].
Duan et al [8] adopted the DLV method for damage analysis of multiple mass-spring systems and plane trusses.
The 1940 El Centro earthquake is considered as the input excitation with full or partial observation on the seismic acceleration responses of the floors.

The transfer matrix method of multibody system (MS-TMM) was developed by Rui et al. in 2008 [3].
For example, Ding et al. studied the elastic and elastic-plastic responses of a new single-story frame-bent structure and three-layer frame structure during frequently and rarely occurring earthquakes respectively based on MS-TMM.
Fig.4 Structrue of water tower Fig. 5 The model of water tower in ANSYS To study the responses of a water tower structure during rarely occurring earthquakes, two natural earthquake waves (the El Centro earthquake wave and the Taft earthquake wave) and one artificial earthquake wave (the Nanjing earthquake wave) are chosen.
Fig.6 The displacement time history curves for the top of the structure during rarely occurring earthquakes(based on the MS-TMM) Fig.7 The displacement time history curves for the top of the structure during rarely occurring earthquakes(based on the ANSYS) As illustrated in Figures 6 and 7, based on the MS-TMM, the maximum elastic-plastic displacement on the top of the water tower structure under the activity of El Centro Wave, Taft Wave, and Nanjing Wave is 170.98mm at t= 9.16s, 191.11mm at t=4.40 s, and 211.98mm at t=8.40s, respectively.
Fig. 8 The shear force time history curves for the bottom of the structure during rarely occurring earthquakes(based on the MS-TMM) Fig. 9 The shear force time history curves for the bottom of the structure during rarely occurring earthquakes(based on the ANSYS) As illustrated in Figures 8 and 9, based on theMS-TMM, the maximum shear forces at the bottom of the structure under the activity of El Centro Wave, TaftWave, and Nanjing Wave are 103.46kN at t=6.38 s, 108.94 kN at t= 9.94s, and 121.57kN at t=9.58s, respectively.

On the other hand, the steel tube is restrained from local buckling due to
being stiffened by the concrete core (Hu et al., 2003).
Recent analytical studies show that the non-linear FEA using the ABAQUS program (Hibbitt et al., 2003) was a better choice (Alostaz and Schneider, 1996; Schneider, 1998; Hu et al., 2003; Kang et al., 2001; Liu and Han, 2005) [1, 2, 4-6].
Han et al. (2007a) developed a non-linear FEA model to analyze the load versus deformation relation of steel beam to CFT column connections.
The thermal conductivities, specific heats, and densities of steel and concrete can be determined according to Han et al. (2003).

The electromagnetic force, which affects unit volume of inclusion particles in the Al melt, is as
below.
Therefore, this process was very good for eliminating inclusion in molten Al melt.

On the other hand, the organic matter in the sludge is nearly 68.7% on average [1,3], the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents is more 5.18%, 4.1%,and 0.37% of the dried sludge on average, much higher than that of the cattle manure and others,et al.
For the Calcium and magnesium contents of the sludge itself, the test results from Xie Shao-zhen at el[3]to sludge mud of the first sewage treatment plant in Chaozhou City of Guangdong province, show that the exchangeable Ca is between 2891.3 ~ 4199.6mg/kg , Mg 6352.4mg/kg ~ 8255.59g/kg.
In this paper, the data of calcium and magnesium determination on the sewage sludge in Maoming is for Ca 2656.0 ~ 2850.6 mg / kg and Mg 4173.5 ~ 4398.9mg/kg, is significantly lower than the results of Xie Shao-zhen at el.
