Introduction With development of ultra precise processing, bio-engineering, aviation precise manufacture, micro electron project, nanometer science and some other technologies, requirements of the micro-nano positioning equipments are becoming more and more urgent [1-3].
The actuation component can be electromagnetic, shape memory alloy, magnetostriction, piezo electricity ceramics and so on.
At present, the piezoelectricity ceramics driver is widely used and the accuracy can achieve nanometer level.

Banhart and Baumeister reported the buckling of the aluminum foams starts at the open surface pores [2].Daniel R.A. found that filling of an aluminum foam with a thermoplastic polymer can improve the static(0.01s-1) and dynamic(100s-1) compression properties[3].Nihad Dukhan reported that combination of the polymer and metal foams to be stiffer than either of the two individual components[1].Karsten Stobener reported that typical parameters characterizing material and process such as spatial arrangement ,size and density of the foam elements influence the global properties[4].Wear properties of aluminum alloys can be improved by the addition of a second ceramic phase provided there is good interface bonding between the ceramic and metal phases[5].
