The precursor used in this experiment was aluminum isopropoxide (Al(OC3H7)3) (98+%, Aldrich).
The aluminum precursor was added to the distilled water of molar ratio Al:H2O=1:100 refluxing at 353K.
Yamaura et. al. reported, amorphous Pd-Ag membrane was measured 1.7 and 2.7 x 10-7 mol/m·s·Pa1/2 at 573 and 673K, respectively[1].

Introduction
Al-based amorphous/nanocrystalline alloys have attracted increasing attention due to the greater compressive strength level which can achieve two to three times than that of the known age hardening Al alloys [1].
At present, the main research systems for Al-based amorphous alloys are located in Al-early transition metal (EM)-late transition metal (LM) and Al-transition metal (TM)-rare earth metal (RE) [2, 3].
The radius ratio RC/(Al, Ni, Ti, Zr) between C and matrix elements are shown in Table 2.

Where the peaks of the starting components appeared; consist of Cu, Al, and Ni.
The XRD pattern of the as-mixed powder shows that relative intensity of Al and Ni peaks was lower than that of Cu, This observation can be related to the small amount of Al and Ni in the composition.

So plane light wave propagating in an optical circular anisotropic medium can be expressed as:
E=El+Er=El0∙e-αl2z∙221-i∙e-i2πCλ0t-2πnlλ0z+φl0+Er0∙e-αr2z∙221i∙e-i2πCλ0t-2πnrλ0z+φr0 (1)
Where El And Er represente the decomposed left and right circular components; El0 and Er0 is the initial amplitude; j l0 and jr 0 is the initial phase, al and ar is the absorption coefficient of the medium for the left and right circularly polarized lights, nl and nr is the refractive index of the medium for the left and right circularly polarized lights.
For isotropic media, al =ar and nl = nr; for circular dichroism media, al ≠ar ; for circular birefringence medium, nl ≠ nr.
Faraday rotation material is isotropic in the absence of magnetic field, i.e. al=ar and nl = nr.
For isotropic materials, al=ar and nl=nr.

Dong Peng et.al and Miyazaki et.al reported that the mechanical and metallurgical properties are reduced due to the effect of high heat input produced during welding process [4, 5 & 6].
Owing to post weld treatment the AL alloy shows the formation of stable intermetallic equilibrium precipitates of β- Mg2Si from the β’’ Meta stable state in the α-Al matrix [9].
Oppenheim et.al found that alluminium material can be heat treated to acquire the favoured mechanical properties. [15].
