A previously performed statistical analysis of the propagation conditions of the combustion front for a number of systems [7] made it possible to establish that the conditions in which the synthesis process takes place, or the control criterion K0, can be described by the following expression: К0 = f(а, в, с, Ci, ха, τ, V, L, F, Q, Kq), (1) where а, в, с – the geometric parameters of the system under consideration (m); Ci – the concentration of the fuel of the i-th component in the system; xa – material balance for irreversible first-order reaction (J/mol); τ – the time during which the speed is achieved, providing thermal ignition, i.e. the induction period of thermal ignition (c); V – the propagation velocity of the combustion front (m/s); L – the length of the combustion front (m); F – factor of the direction of the flame front movement; Q – thermal pulse initiating ignition of the system under consideration (J); Kq – coefficient characterizing the properties

Studies have reported the conclusion of surface roughness of many grades of aluminum alloy for a number of machining processes, but no researcher had studied on the surface roughness in semi-solid die casted ADC12 aluminum alloy for CNC face milling process.
From the illustration we can find that the microstructure of the semi-solid die casted ADC12 aluminum alloys have globular grains and has non-dendict morphology in the solid phase.

The obvious broadening of peaks for the D sample (the pure SnO2) is owing to the fine grain size and defects along the particle produced in hydrothermal reaction process.
A, B, D samples are in excellent accordance with a tetragonal rutile structure (JCPDS 41-1445), which belongs to the space group P42/mnm (number 136).
