With increasing temperature, strength and modulus decrease significantly, while at low temperature mechanical properties are rising sharply, modulus about 19%- type 1-1; 16%= type 2-2; 8%- type 2-1, strength about 9%- type 1-1; 10%- type 2-2 and 6% - type 2-1.
Some samples of PET foam (1/1) and with honeycomb core (1/1), there were peeling core from the prepreg layers, or delamination.

Results and discussion Infrared tests The infrared spectrums of the scratch-resistant coating and PC substrate (400-4000 nm-1) are shown in Fig.1.
As shown in Fig. 1(a), the main characteristic adsorption bands of PC substrate are observed in spectra: the C-O-C stretching vibration at 1162-1229 cm-1( trans), the alkane C-H stretching vibration at 2968 cm-1 (trans) and 2873 cm-1, the C-H stretching vibration and bending vibration at 1384 and 1365 cm-1, the benzene ring distorting vibration at 1601, 1506 and 1450 cm-1, the carbonyl C=O stretching vibration at 1770 cm-1.
The CH2 bending absorption mode appears at 1465 cm-1 and the carbonyl C=O stretching vibration at 1692 cm-1.
The Si-C stretching vibration is at 795 cm-1.
