Once the reaction rate is raised, there are more material removal and heat product.
When the spray pressure keeps as a constant and high reaction rate, the etched materials can not be ruled out effectively, which influent uniform etch reaction.

The information of materials’ types, quantities and inventories, the activities of teams and members, and the equipments operation must be the sources of quality management.
Through an infrastructure project life cycle, infrastructure project state, team members’ action and state of equipments and materials are constantly changing.
The RFID tags stick on materials, equipments, members and traffic tools, etc.
In the infrastructure project, the data of materials’ type and quantity, members’ tasks, traffic lines, etc. can be saved in the chips of the RFID tags.
After any operation in project process, the information of the materials, members and traffics will be changed.

These energy forms are often associated with undesired effects on road pavement materials and structures.
Thermoelectric Technology The thermoelectric technology [8] can be used to generate electric power from temperature differences or temperature gradient in materials.
However, it’s a huge challenge to design and build durable materials and structures that can withstand traffic at a reasonable maintenance and replacement cost.

The utilization of graphite and carbon black waste product is expected to result in light-weight and cost-effective bipolar plates.by using recycle materials.
All materials were blended on a hot plate at 100 oC for 15 minutes.
Increasing pressure is known to reduce the inter-aggregate distance of the filler materials [7-8].

For example, in engineering we often make use of the principle of material properties that plastic material can withstand tension and brittle materials can withstand pressure in order to achieve rational use of different materials.
Nowadays, with the scientific and technological progress and the development of material science, researchers explore the method and ideas of material science have undergone tremendous changes.
People begin to explore the materials of physical properties, design methods and processing methods then strive to create new materials to meet human needs in accordance with the human will.
The research work has risen to a new stage from the rational use of materials to actively create materials.
