There is ample evidence that the behaviour of SRG [6-8] depends on several parameters such as, geometry, mechanical properties, density of the reinforcement, in addition to the characteristics of mortars in terms of grain size and mix design [9-11].

The formation energy of Zinc vacancy (VZn) can be decreased with increasing Mg content in the films [19], implying that there may be numbers of VZn in the films.
XRD and FE-SEM measurements show that all of the films are single wurtzite structure with (002) preferential orientation and the nanostructures with different density of slender-shaped grains were formed under different N2 flux.
