Due to the ionic nature of ILs, they present several physical and chemical advantages over conventional and molecular organic solvents, namely negligible flammability and vapor pressure, high solvation ability, high chemical stability, high selectivity, which make them of fundamental interest to all chemists, since both the thermodynamics and kinetics of reactions carried out in ionic liquids are different to those in conventional molecular solvents, then the chemistry is different and unpredictable at our current state of knowledge.
The anionic chemistry of the addition of a chloride salt to aluminum chloride can be described by reactions such as AlCl3+Cl=AlCl4-, AlCl4-+AlCl3=Al2Cl7- or 2AlCl4-=Al2Cl7-+Cl-, and Al2Cl7-+AlCl3=Al3Cl10- or 2Al2Cl7-=Al3Cl10-+AlCl4-.
The structure of [Emim]+, AlCl3 and Cl- in simulations are shown in Fig.1.
Fig. 1 The structure of particle used in MD simulation. a-[Emim]+, b-AlCl3, c-Cl-.
The radial distribution functions g are a classic tool to characterize the structure of the liquids and their mixture, through the effective pairwise interaction between atoms A and B.

The properties of thin films are considerably structure sensitive and depend on their formation conditions and synthesis parameters.
Considering the 29Si NMR data and earlier electrophoretic measurements [3] next micella structure can be assumed: {m[SiO2]∙nH2SiO3(C2H5O) –-∙(n-x)C2H5OH2+}–∙xC2H5OH2+ (1) The potential-determining ions are distributed in the diffuse double electric layer and beyond it.
The presence of two bands in the spectrum is explained by the arrangement of cobalt cations (Co3+ and Co2+) both in tetrahedral and octahedral sites of the spinel structure.

Introduction
Recently, bismuth-bearing oxides Bi2M4O9 (M = Al3+, Ga3+, Fe3+) with mullite-type structures [1] exhibiting interesting properties like photoluminescence [2] and significant oxygen ionic conductivity [3, 4], have obtained considerable interest as potential candidates for applications as oxygen-ion conductors or mixed ionic-electronic conductors.
No other significant changes were observed and all diffraction lines could be indexed to the orthorhombic structure (space group = Pbam) without any other phases after calcining at 675-800°C.
