Abstract.
The XRD diffractogram showed an amorphous structure at around 2θ = 25°, which is a typical characteristic for activated charcoal, which indicates an amorphous carbonaceous material [11].
After impregnated with Ni metal solution, the amorphous structure of AC was reduced significantly.

Mechanized and automatic welding systems have established themselves worldwide for the definite beneficial effects offered to welded structure manufacturers:
- superior and consistent quality throughout manufacture;
- the possibility of processing technologies with high deposition rates and technological welding speeds 2÷3 times higher compared to those achieved by manual processes, ensuring a considerable increase in productivity and thus a profitability of manufacturing, in conditions of ensuring quality.
The outstanding performance in overlay welding technologies is due to the harmonization of knowledge of metallurgy, physics, tribology, terotechnics, strength of materials, electrical engineering, chemistry, in the production of new filler materials, new manual and mechanized equipment, and currently due to mechanization and process automation.
The experimental program was structured in three stages: the first for analysis of a damaged shaft, crack, hardness tests, sclerometric analysis, as well as welding performed improperly during a previous intervention; the second, to establish the welding and testing technology; the third, for the development of technologies for making welded joints through an experimental program and applied welding technologies.

The use of natural polymeric structures (obtained from leaves or seed extracts and that are green and eco-friendly) as inhibitors for corrosion is now highly preferable and has gained the interest of researchers as these polymers are save, practical, low cost, and made of renewable materials [1–5].

Application of Existing Regulations
The test plan includes experiences from a wide range of standards, whose application is specified according to the characteristics of the device (in ours according to the voltage and chemistry of the battery) as well as the application in service of thereof (outdoor conditions under adverse weather and external agents).
In both situations the specimen is broken by the puncture of the wall with more overhang of the entire structure, identified as one of its weak points.
