A particular focus is placed at 1:1 stoichiometric composition, therefore the free energy is symbolically written by { }( )ααββαββ ααβ ββαβααβα ξξξξξξξξν ,,,,,,,,, 3322211 .

We can therefore describe the FCMAC system as a fuzzy system for each individual layer: (m,j,k)-rules: If s1=Amj, s2 = Bmk, then y = wmjk (1) where (m,j,k) denotes Layer (m = 1, 2, 3),jth block for s1 (j =1,2),kt hblock for s2 (k = 1, 2), and weights wmjk.
Layer 1: m = 1,j,k =1,2.

The comparator of our target is 2-input 1-output topology.
STEP 1 ∼ STEP 5 is repeated until the last generation.
Thus, in the case with Eqs. (1) and (3) are used as the evaluation function, the value of the evaluation function varies between E = 10−3 and 1.

This is different from the conventional method, in which APS is only as the oxidant and the polymerization is carried out in a strong acidic medium (e.g.1.0M HCl)[1].
In this study, all polymerization was carried out at a constant molar ratio of monomer to APS (e.g. 1:1).
