The results showed that: when the polyelectrolyte ionic group has strong high molecular weight, high charge density and linear structure, colloidal titration in anionic and cationic polyelectrolyte could maintain the relationship of charge measured very well.

Abstract.
Twenty-one novel compounds were synthesized from the benzo[d]isothiazole-3(2H)-one and aromatic acid, the structures were identified by means of 1H NMR, IR, EA.
It is considered that the anti-fungal activity can be improved by modified the hydroxyl group in the structure of the 2-hydroxyethyl benzo[d]isothiazole-3(2H).
It’s probably that the introduction of a methyl or a methoxy attached to the structure may be improve the inhibition of against resistant strains, which provided us some ideas for the research and application of benzisothiazoles.
Conclusion In this paper, a type of benzo[d]isothiazole-3(2H)-one derivatives containing hydroxyethyl moiety were synthesised by two-step reaction, the structure of the synthesized compound was confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, EA.
