Results and discussion X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to determine the crystal structure of prepared Pt/Ni nanowire samples.
It indicates that the product consists of two compounds: one is face-centered cubic (fcc) structured Pt (JCPDS card no. 87-0640) and the other is fcc structured Ni (JCPDS card no. 65-0380).
The multilayer structure and reproducibility of the nanowires are clearly visible in these images.

The high-temperature (HT) phase is fcc cubic, derived from the CaF2-type structure.
The magnesium ions form a cube around the [Ni0H4] complex (Ni0 - effectively zero-valent Ni atom; H atoms occupy six of the eight vertexes of octahedral centering in Ni atom), building an anti-fluorite structure.
The structure of samples was checked by SEM JEOL JSM 6460 equipped with EDAX/WEDAX Oxford Instruments analyzer.

In particular, the damages induced by etch and ash plasma used during structure patterning were widely studied [2-8], and recently, damages induced by Reactive Pre-Clean plasma (RPC), used prior to barrier deposition were also pointed out [9, 10].
It was first demonstrated for microporous low-k that "Solvent-based" chemistries are not recommended [2,16-18] because SiOCH materials have a great affinity with the organic & polar molecules contained in these solutions.
Plasma treated material exhibit composition as well as porosity gradient from top surface to bulk, whereas in the pristine ULK, some local structure variations may exist such as cross-linking and network structure, pending bonds, terminations with carbonyl, hydrogen or hydroxyl groups, so that the access to reactive sites may also vary with process time.
Indeed, lateral etch up to 14A was recorded for M1_45nm min. pitch structures, in quite good correlation with blanket results (Figure 7a).
Figure 8c illustrates the degradation of high density via chains yield with reduced process time for 45nm structures due to low cleaning efficiency, and same trend was observed for 65nm node.

It crystallizes in the cubic NaCl crystal structure with Pb atoms occupying the cation sites and Te occupying the anionic positions.
HRTEM image of the x = 0.11 composition yielded rod-like lamellar structures of PbSnS2 dispersed in the PbTe matrix (c).
For the x = 0.11 composition there is a broad reflectivity minimum located at ~210cm-1 and also a weak feature structured in this frequency range.

After freezing, the floc structure of sludge becomes dense, the mesh structure of the sludge is destroyed and the cells are ruptured during the formation process of the intracellular and extracellular ice in the sludge.
After adding alkali, the floc structure of sludge was damaged when the pH was between 9 and 11.
The high PH may restrict the subsequent sludge treatment. 3.2 Ozone Ozone has strong lethality: it will seep into the cell wall and destroy the organic chain structure of bacteria, and then cells are dissolved.
The PH value of sludge solution was on the decline. [35] Chuyin He had made ozone using proton exchange membrane polymer electrolytic method (PEM), to crack the sludge. 10 minutes after sludge treatment, microscope showed that flocculent structure of the sludge began to collapse.
Filamentous bacteria fractured, but its density was still high. 30 minutes after sludge treatment, flocculent structure of the sludge was loose. 50 minutes later there was no sludge winding together.
