Interestingly, the UV-vis spectra display that the adsorption intensity of N-Al-TiO2 nanomaterial decreases in the order of N-Al-TiO2>N-TiO2>Al-TiO2.
Average percent of N and Al atoms (at %) in bulk phase was carried out on the Vario EL III automatic elemental analyzer and TAS-986 atomic absorption spectro- photometer, respectively.
It can be observed that the average crystallite sizes gradually decrease in the following sequence of pure TiO2> Al-N-TiO2-no > Al-TiO2 > N-Al-TiO2 > N-TiO2, indicating that the doping of N and Al effectively inhibit the growth of TiO2 crystallites, and the difference of resistance between N and Al.
It shows the presence of Ti, O, N, Al elements (Figure 4) on the surface of N-Al-TiO2 material.
