It was also reported that as aluminum content increases, the diffuseness of the phase transition of Al-doped BZT ceramics weakens and the coercive electric field (EC) increases [11].

The band gap energies was evaluated using Tauc plots (Fig. 4) according to the details given by Rusdi et al. [13].
The band gap value obtained agrees with Kumar et al. [4] who obtained band gap energies of nano sized MgO in the range of 5.0 to 6.2 eV.
The band gap value obtained for both samples are smaller than the bulk MgO obtained by Kurth et al. (7.8 eV) [14].

The fly ash was first mixed with NaOH in a ratio of 1:0.6 and burned in the muffle furnace, then synthetize zeolites under the conditions of alkali concentration 0.75mol/L, Si-Al ratio 2.8, liquid solid ratio 9 ml/g, aging time 0.5h, crystallization temperature 90℃and crystallization time 10h.
Results and Discussion Due to the different chemical and mineralogical compositions of the starting fly ashes, the chemical compositions and crystalline phases of the synthesized zeolites were also different .The chemical composition of fly ash and the zeolite showed in Table 1.Compared with fly ash the Si/Al rate of zeolite decreased from 2.8 to 2.1, Ca and Fe decreased as well.
