Various reaction parameters such as reaction temperature and Al/Cr ratio were investigated in detail.
Elemental analyses were carried out using Vario EL 111.
Increasing the Al/Cr molar ratio from 500 to 2000 leads to a slight increase of catalytic activity firstly which then tend to plateau.
Qian and Xie et al found that introducing fluoro groups into β-diiminato or β-ketoiminato titanium complexes can greatly increase the catalytic activities in comparison with that having alkyl ones[7,8].

Introduction
In recent years, with the prevalent research of inorganic nano semiconductor quantum dot, it is used as the emitting layer of inorganic electroluminescence (EL) based on its unique Photoelectric characteristics.
Using Al as cathode, fixing contact barrier is to get driving voltage-current density curves shown in Fig. 2, according to the table of different thickness of device thickness shown in Table 1.
In order to compare different effects on the device current caused by metal organic interface barriers, simulation use Al and Mg:Ag alloy cathode materials in turn, while maintaining constant conditions of Fig.2.
