The initial material is a ceramic target, a mixture of Si and prescribed amount of 30 wt% Er2O3.

Fig.3 Curves of maximum dry density and materials humectation time It can be seen from the figure 3 that with materials humectation time prolonging, the maximum dry density of each lime dosage soil is decreasing in a certain trend.
Compared with the maximum dry density of lime dosage 3% and 6%,When the dry density of lime dosage is 9%,the maximum dry density reduces a lot, which the difference of dry density is 0.14-0.19 g/cm ³With the same materials humectation time.
The maximum dry density changes little when materials humectation time is between 24h-48h and 48h-72h.
As materials humectation time increases, soil aggregate particles get bigger and pore diameter between the soils aggregate get greater.
With materials humectation time prolonging, the maximum dry density of each lime dosage soil is decreasing in a certain trend.
