When sintering in air, the donor-doped BTO ceramics exhibit much higher resistivities and PTCR effect than that of sintering in a reducing atmosphere, however, the low room temperature resistivity of the semiconducting ceramics has been obtained by a reduction-reoxidation method [8, 9].
A mark of this data is the shifting of peaks to higher 2q to become more significant when the m (≥1) increased.

Three replicate extractions ensured data reliability.
Following this, the sheets were cold rolled, resulting in a 70% reduction in thickness to 1.2 mm, which corresponds to a true strain of approximately 1.2.

Meanwhile, oxygen adsorption existing in boundaries, make oxygen vacancy in triple boundaries reduction, and content of oxygen is higher than in grains, electron transfer between adsorbed gas and ceramics become chemical bond.
Using the data given in Table 2, we can solve equilibrium constant of every quasi-chemical reaction, obtain equilibrium constant shown in Table 3.

The hydration products in steam curing was different from autoclaved curing, the former is C-S-H gel, the latter is mainly tobermorite crystal which has a higher degree of compactness than C-S-H gel which is beneficial to the reduction of drying shrinkage. 3.3 Microstructure and phase analysis of the crystallized product of samples Microstructure and phase of the crystallized product of samples have been analyzed for studying the reasons for different performances of the bricks under various curing regimes, and the results shown in Fig. 6 to Fig. 8.
Another energy spectra measured by EDS in the Fig. 8 can be seen that the test results of sample mainly Ca, Si, Al element and calculated the content of elements in the data in Fig. 8, wherein the lime-silica ratio was 0.78 and it was closer to 0.8 which was the lime-silica ratio of tobermorite , so we can judge that the crystalline product is tobermorite.

Diffraction data were collected on a laboratory powder diffractometer (Rigaku PMG-VH) based on the well known Bragg-Brentano geometry, using Cu radiation with a secondary (graphite bentcrystal) analyzer and slits sufficiently narrow (Soller: 2°; Divergence: 1°; Receiving: 0.15 mm; AntiScattering: 1°) to provide a symmetrical line profile for the instrumental peak across the angular range of interest (20÷155° 2θ) [5].
In a recent study on mineral fluorite [11] we have observed a high density of dislocations and a drastic reduction of the domain size down to the nanoscale after extensive b.m..

chronic toxicity in male or female rats, even it had protecting the mucosa from diclofenac-induced gastric damage.[6,7,8] Some studies had indicated that polyphenol components isolated from Korea L. japonica T. should have antiinflammatory activity on lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells by reducing proinflammatory mediators expression by suppressing NF-κB and p38 MAPK activities.[9] The water extract of Lonicera japonica shown protective activities against 5 % dextran sulphate sodium-induced colitis via the Th1/Th17 pathway.[10] Ionicerin, a flavonoid isolated from Lonicerae Flos, which had anti-arthritic and antifungal activities, had effect on Candida albicans arthritis in mice by nitricoxide production from macrophages, suppressed T cell proliferation and shift of cellular immunity from Th1- toward Th2-type responses.[11] Flos Lonicera, Radix Platycodon and other herbs had effect on reducing inflammatory injury in a rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by reduction
Experimental data and analysis In the five solvents including water, 40% ethanol, 70% ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol, only the ethanol extract of various Honeysuckles had antibacterial activity for Staphylococcus aureus, none had antibacterial activities for Escherichia coli.

Below, we consider variants of the γ–α MT in iron alloys, namely, an (fcc)–(bcc) MT and an (fcc)–(bct) MT (bct stands for body-centered tetragonal), for which a large body of experimental data has been accumulated.
Since the Bain deformation is not a deformation with an invariant plane (for such a deformation, one of the principal strain tensor components vanishes and the other two components have different signs), an additional deformation that does not affect the lattice symmetry is implemented to ensure a reduction of the total macrodeformation of the transformed region to the deformation with an invariant plane.

Microsilica (MS) is a by-product of the reduction of high-purity quartz with coke in electric arc furnaces in the production of silicon and ferrosilicon alloys.
However, this simple hypothesis is not supported by the data reported in literature [9], which tend to suggest that the inclusion of PFA is more likely to decrease the drying shrinkage of concrete.

Furthermore, a slightly higher C intensity was also observed in sample Bc2 (data not shown ), which was doped from the precoated C-film.
A factor of eight of decrease in conductivity has been reported for the ITO thin film with a decrease of 30% Sn content, i.e. decreased from a typical content of 10.0 to 7.0 at.% [27], though the Ti1-xSnxO2 layer was found to have an increase in its oxidation-reduction potential [28].

O[ppm] H[ppm] N[ppm] A D 31 9.3 1.3 0.5 1.9 0.2 Data in Table 2 reflect the content of the O, H, N elements containing 0.03% Co-doped tungsten filament than not added of Co is doped tungsten filament less,, which shows the Co element to the tungsten wire having a purification action.
By adding 0.01% Co doping tungsten than ordinary wire high recrystallization temperature is the reason for the effect of cobalt tungsten matrix larger [11], the binding force is strong, Co into tungsten matrix can restrain tungsten grain to grow up in doping tungsten powder of reduction process for small uniform tungsten powder, reduce the oxygen and other impurity elements in tungsten matrix of infiltration, reduce the impurity elements in tungsten grain boundary of segregation, make tungsten intergranular obtain more strong bonding force, effectively improve the seismic tungsten potassium in bubble of division.
