Objective weighting method is according the reflection of the statistical information of data, and subjective weighting method is combined with professional knowledge and expert experience to determine the indexes weights.
Principal component analysis is a multivariate statistical method which usese the thought of dimension reduction, through the study of the inner structure relation between index system, and turns mutiple indexes into a few independent and contained indexes.
This method ueses raster data structure, and it stacks easily, logical calculates simply, so it is widespread uesd[41,42].
The combination of ecological security research and the 3S space information technology has important signifucance to asisst the regional ecological environmental manage and decision- making[42], because it turns the related research data, information and knowledge into inplement specific position in sapce.

The accession to the NATO, the adoption of a new defensive doctrine, the reduction of the army, the creation of Reaction Force and the high involvement in missions, resulted in the need of adapting existing hardware engineering to new needs and demands arising from them.
The adopted value of MN = 1.85 does not satisfy this condition - measurement data (Fig. 4) indicate that the limit should be no less than MN (m = 0 ¸ 0.1) = 2.15.
In the light of available data – the most reliable method for estimating disposable pulling forces (method of assessing the ability to work) on clay surfaces is now the VLCI method.
It seems that at present time the most reliable method, based on empirical data verified by assessing the ability to overcome terrain and shape drive trains, is the MMP model - with a clear precise (narrowed) range of applications at the time of its inception.

This is because the dry mass of particles passing through the 75 μm and not the 0.425 mm sieve was used, for calculation due to loss of data.

Techniques used for implant and tissue evaluation should be both device-designed and material-specific, in order to assure the collection of quantitative data that can provide correlations and cause-and-effect relationships between biomaterial, implant design, and different variables (mechanical, manufacturing, clinical, and biological).
The most valuable tool is a large database and a systematic method to characterize and store data related to orthopedic device characteristics.
For a better interpretation of experimental results it is essential to capture a minimum data set regarding the clinical findings, any other studies about the performances of the analyzed orthopedic device, and clinical reasons for orthopedic device removal.
Self-locking plate was used for reduction and fixation to a tibial pilon fracture for patient aged 30 years.

The corrosion experiments were performed using a Potentiostat / Galvanostat VoltaLab - PGZ 100 and the data were recorded with VoltaMaster software.
Evolution of corrosion rate during immersion period for: (1) EN 32 naval steel uncoated, (2) EN 32 naval steel coated with primer coating and (3) EN 32 coated with primer and epoxy paint According with the data presented in Fig. 3 it can be seen that the higher corrosion rate corresponds to uncoated EN 32 naval steel compared with both types of polymer coatings.
These results suggest that the two types of polymeric coatings increase the corrosion resistance of EN32 naval steel and are in good agreement with the evolution of open circuit potential with time data.
In cathodic domain the passive film is destroyed by the hydrogen reduction reaction, while in passive domain the passive film is formed by the oxidation process.

ANOVA for the whole set of data on PLFA contents revealed significant changes between soils treated with and without HS.
PC1 (25.9%) and PC2 (21.2%) accounted for 47.1% of the variation within the data, soil microbial PLFAs indicated a clear difference between untreated and HS-amended soils.
Before the start of the experiment, the pH and EC of the experimental soil were analyzed and not difference was found among the experimental plots (P < 0.01, data not shown).
Cultivation for 6 months in HS-treated soils resulted in higher reduction of the TPH content, i.e., CK (33.5 ± 0.5%), wheat (71.8 ± 2.3%), cabbage (70.8 ± 2.1%), and spinach (72.9 ± 2.2%), respectively.

The S-N curve for GJB493-88 titanium alloy using fatigue life model to fit the fatigue test data given in Table 4 are expressed: SN=10.
Table 4 GJB493-88 fatigue test data Stress amplitude /[MPa] 740 640 470 425 355 350 Fatigue life /[Cycle] 5e+03 1e+04 5e+04 1e+05 5e+05 1e+06 The RFMs for the simply supported plate at different peak temperature and acoustic loading with SPL 160dB are obtained using WAFO, as shown in Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13.
One reason is that the stress-strain relationship has stepped into plastic regime due to high thermal stress for the simply supported plate, and the most critical factor is that the influences of high temperature on the stress-life curves haven’t been considered due to the lack of experimental data.

With the help of data analysis and consideration of regional principle, this paper establish the grade standard of ecological health, and evaluate the degree of river ecosystem health under the cascade development of reservoirs.
The deterioration of water quality leads to a reduction and blocking on material circulation of the aquatic ecosystem, a decrease on the degree of energy supply and an obstacle on information transfer, which result in a decline in the level of biological diversity.
The change of river characteristics may influence biological habitat, migratory and the other of the lower river organisms. 4.2 Analysis of the ecosystem health impact By comparing aquatic biological monitoring data of the typical trunk stream , the species of zooplankton in each monitoring section vary greatly; the species and number of benthos animals are closely related with the season; fish resource suffering from human over-fishing, the overall downward trend is very clear and fish miniaturization trend is serious .
After completing power plant P1 and P2, the type and number preferring hydrostatic and slow flow presented growth trend .Besides the indigenous species of the original river type accounting for the main body subject transformed into alien species of rivers and lakes type as the main type. 4.3 Response process and mechanism of ecosystem Comparison and analysis of key species a before and after developing cascade with other aquatic biological monitoring data suggests that after developing the cascade, change of natural high flow pulse process and dam barrier constantly compress the specie a’s activity range ,which have a negative impact to a on a relatively large scale.
