The term "substrate clogging"
summarises several processes which lead to a reduction of the infiltration capacity of the substrate
surface.
The concentration of IGL-time curve was obtained according experimental data, and the time corresponding peak of IGL-time curve is HRT of CW.

The lower coercivity compared with that for a BaFe12O19
single crystal may be due to the fact that a part of the particles in the sample do not have a perfect
hexagonal shape, so that structural defects exist, which may also cause the reduction in the sample
coercivity.
These data demonstrate that as the hexagonal particles are formed and grow, the sites with high crystallographic symmetry are filled with priority.

However, although failure has not yet been detected
after 25,000 h, slow degradation is observed by a reduction of the Al surface concentration caused
by Al inwards diffusion and resulting in the formation of Al rich precipitates within the substrate
(see Fig. 2b).
This data correlates well with the weight variation results.

However, for the
nanocomposites with 7.5 wt % organoclay, the reduction of failure stress could be due to the defects
probably generated during the material processing since it is difficult to fully degas the compound
with higher organoclay concentrations.

By environmental and public health points of view, the reduction of the economic advantage obtained using unsustainable and unethical practices aims to establish a balance between price and actual sustainable cost.
The raw material’s chemical compositions (data no show) were determined by X-ray fluorescence (X-Ray Rix2000, Rigaku Corporation, Tokyo, Japan).

Studies show reduction of particle size with grinding and formation of amorphous aggregates in pyrophyllite containing quartz [10].
Published XRD data showed drastic decrease in the intensity of pyrophyllite reflections and peak broadening caused by the alteration of pyrophyllite structure in the c-axis, conceptualized as partial amorphization [11].
