Giving full play to the advantages of base is necessary for the sustainable development of residential areas; Living buildings and the environment are the inseparable parts, among which some indexes are more standards in principle; Paying attention to resource recovery and recycling, as well as energy saving and renewable resources (Water, energy, land and material saving); Each system stresses on water resources regeneration and utilization, waste water collection and management and water saving; Energy efficiency and renewable resource utilization are both important; Put emphasis on protecting the ecology environment of residential areas, reasonable traffic organization and reduction of energy consumption brought about by traffic.
In view of the "regional priority" module in LEED-ND, we are supposed to give different proportion to energy-saving index of detailed geographical regions in Hot-summer and Warm-winter Region, respecting regionalism to guarantee the operation flexibility. 3.4 System operation experience for reference Assessment certification: Chinese Ecological Residential region Assessment Handbook don’t set up specialized evaluation agencies to certify Residential Areas index, and only offers ecological feasibility analysis and basic data to authorized institutions for judgment.

Some of the existing wastewater treatments units are associated with some limitations which reduces their operational efficiency and thereby overall reduction of the requisite parameter in the wastewater.
The ‘design Expert’ software is used for regression and graphical analysis of the data obtained.

Just like the regulation and control of the coal bed fire, the regulation and control of the coalfield also involve the fire zone detection and identification, fire extinguishing method, process and material, as well as the monitoring of the extinguishing effect. 4.1 Detection and identification of coalfield fire and fire zone In order to solve the difficult problem in detection of the coal bed spontaneous combustion ignition source, the countries all over the world made a great number of tests and researches on such subject on the detection principle that it is necessary to detect the variable of the physical property or chemical property of the coal body or ambient medium during the spontaneous combustion of the coal, which shall be deemed as the data reflecting the scope and degree of the spontaneous combustion.
In this article [33], combining the actual characteristics of the coalmine fire, the research is made on the detection of the underground coal method by the radon method and the influential factors. 4.2 Extinguishing method, process and material Based on the conditions for combustion of coalfield fire (i.e. inflammable goods, air leakage oxygen supply, heat accumulation expansion), the research is made mainly on the methods such as the elimination of heat (fire) source, establishment of isolation strip, and isolation (reduction) of air leakage source and so on.

According to the data, steel fibers increased the compressive strength of concrete by about 10%, tensile and flexural strength by 50% to 80%, flexural strength by 15% to 35%, and shear strength by 50% to 80% [19].

Further, plastic deformation causes a loss of coherency and reduction of the misfit, which creates the path for rafting [1].
Therefore, more methodologies need to be proposed to efficiently obtain parameters and reduce the dependence of these parameters on experimental data.

The input data are approximately the same as those used by Moran and Knauss [14] who solved this problem using FEM.
As shown in Fig. 2, the initial singular elastic response causes an instantaneous reduction in viscosity and the σ22 stress near the crack tip drops with time due to the strain softening; this drop slows down with time becoming less significant as the strain itself changes more slowly.

Additional type of reinforcement such as steel cords [1] and basalt ropes [9] have been also investigated, but experimental available data on the topic is still scarce.
Finite element modeling of masonry walls strengthened with structural repointing have shown a reduction up to 40% of the principal tensile stress in walls under compressive axial forces when compared to corresponding unstrengthened wall [10].

The oxidation peak at 3.9 V corresponds to the oxidation process of Ni2+ and Co3+, the oxidation peak at 4.5 V corresponds to the partially reversible process of anion O2− and the irreversible loss process of lattice oxygen, and the reduction peak at 2.7 V corresponds to the transformation of spinel (LiMn2O4), indicating that LATP coating induces the formation of spinel phase[22].
