Soft chemistry applications for new layered compounds have been discussed.
Catalytic behaviour is often associated with the presence of defect structure in which non-stoichiometry alters bulk and surface properties.
EB IC contrast & super imposed line scan of electric field induced structure created in Si-Li & CulnSe!
AFM and scanning spreading resistance (SSR) images of submicron device structure were also studied.

The similar degree of topological structure is that of topological relationships among sub-structures of structure graph.
Comparing structure graph of symbol part with molecule graph in chemistry, meta symbol type corresponds to atom type, link relation corresponds to bond attribute, hence, the methods of distinguishing compound similarity in chemistry graph theory can be referred to calculate the similar degree of structure graph.
The atom pair method is widely used in chemistry graph theory to distinguish compound similarity.
Comparing symbol part structure graph with molecule graph in chemistry, meta symbol type corresponds to atom type, link relation corresponds to bond attribute, hence, the algorithms of retrieving compound in chemical database can be referred to retrieve isomorphic structure graph.
Morgan algorithm in chemistry graph theory is one of algorithms of isomorphism testing for graph, which is widely used in isomorphism testing of compound structure graph.

It is well known that with the vast development of computational chemistry in the past decades, the theoretical modeling of design chemistry has become much more mature than ever.
Computational methods: Quantum Chemistry Calculation of the complex was carried out by the density functional theory (DFT) B3LYP method.
The geometrical structure of the complex was optimized at LANL2DZ leve1.
Optimized geometry Fig.1 and Fig.2 are the initial structure and optimized structure of the title complex.

These films display very high surface coverage on the substrates and abundant structures.
The water washed film yield a similar structure to the unwashed one, a worm-like structure as shown in Fig. 3c.
These are typical 2D oxide surfaces with fractal structures.

Introduction Chemistry and biology typically are thought of as taxonomic sciences; structure dictates function, and dissecting or forming structures are central to the disciplines.
In both cases, dynamics, kinetics, and mechanism are equally important to understanding the meaning and utility of structure.
