Silicon clathrate with the unique cage structures has the extensive application as a kind of new hydrogen-storing materials.
It can be seen that the clathrate zone displayed a long-range ordered structure.
The orientation of the film was resulted from the long-range ordered structure.

A non destructive X-ray diffraction technique was employed to study the phase evolution and crystal structure.
The ratio of metal nitrate to chealating agent was kept as 1:4 according to the propelent chemistry approach.
These reflections found to associate with FCC type cubic structure.

The distribution diagram of the La(СCl3COO)3‒Er(СCl3COO)3‒Н2О system The mutual solubility of rare earths salts influenced by many factors: the proximity of lanthanides in the periodic table; similarity of the outer electron shells of the lanthanides; isomorphic to the structure of the starting compounds; the difference in size of the atoms; solubility salts; mass of anion and cation.
Bromate- and trichloroacetate ions have a different weight, size, structure, bonding character.

The FT-IR spectroscopy was used to characterize the structure of PLA/O-MMT nanocomposites.
The cell structures were investigated by using SEM (JSM-6701F).
Results and Discussion To confirm obtaining PLA/O-MMT with nanocomposite structure, the nanocomposites were analyzed using SEM and XRD curves of neat MMT, CTAB-MMT, and CTAB-Cu-MMT.

Au NW–NPs nano structure Kang, Yoon et al. (2010) have reported a novel bimolecular recognition approach using nanoscale gaps between Au nanowire (Au NW) and Au NPs which provides reproducible SERS signals [15].
The Au NW-NPs structure was fabricated by self-assembling of biotinylated Au NPs on a biotinylated Au NW through avidin which generated hot spots between NW and NPs.

Depending on their atomic structure, CNT behave electrically as metals or as semiconductors that have the ability to promote electron-transfer reactions for a wide range of biologically significant species [2-5], when used as electrodes in electrochemical reactions.
Homogeneous spaghetti-like CNT with a diameter of 10 nm can be observed at a high magnification, with a number of randomly tangled CNT to form stereo-porous interspaces, for the subtle structure of carbon nanotubes.
Because of the porous structure, I- could easily penetrate into the interfacial layer that would affect the subsequent measurements.

Recently, with the concept of "green chemistry" deeply embraced by the public, fly ash, which is mainly composed of silicon and aluminum elements, has shown great potential as a raw material for zeolite synthesis[10,11].
It was found that the glass phase structure and the inert crystalline phases (such as mullite)of fly ash depolymerized under the action of molten salt[24].
Moreover, the alkali fusion-hydrothermal method not only requires lower raw material chemistry but also obtains more pure zeolites.
The zeolite seed crystal is partially dissolved in the initial stage of crystallization, forming small fragments with the primary unit structure of the zeolite; meanwhile, the activated silicon and aluminum gel formed by the depolymerization of fly ash will gradually wrap the seed crystal fragments, and it will form a shell structure with the seed crystal as the core under the structure guidance of the seed crystal.
