Recent advancements in wide bandgap (WBG) semiconductor materials, however, particularly silicon carbide (SiC), are driving significant progress in the power electronics industry.
Among the various adhesive materials, including polymers, glass, metals, and ceramics, vinyl group-containing polycarbosilanes (PCS) polymers are particularly notable.

In order to make design for board to achieve the miniaturization, multi-purpose, recycling; and to pursue the energy conservation, saving materials, little waste, the closed circuit in the technology, it is necessary to carry on the research of green design for board.
The choice of material for green design should satisfy the following principle: ⑴Material technical principle; ⑵Material environment coordinative principle; ⑶Material efficient principle.
According to the request and principle for the material choice of green design, the materials used for board is Wood-Plastic Composites.

The effects of IH time and the starting materials composition on the phase composition and microstructure were investigated.
However, pure spinel materials have some disadvantages such as difficulty to sintering, low strength, and poor creep-resistance under long exposure to high temperature environment, which limit their applicability under the harsher environment.
The addition of Y2O3 has been found to be effective in improving the mechanical properties thermal-shock properties of MgAl2O4 ceramics materials.
At first, the raw materials were homogenously mixed in polyurethane plastic ball milling tank in ethanol for 4 h at 300 rpm, using corundum ball as grinding medium.

Abstract: It was analysed that the causes for the poor wear resistance of roller, fracture of roller and the surface of the roller flaking off were researched.
Introducing CSP plant carried through technical and improved works about work roll material and using system in order to improve strip quality and decrease producing costs.
Fig 1 (b) is CSP production line of work roll fracture fracture forming simulation map, this is mainly due to the roll making internal residual stress is larger, and the rolling machine used during the initial roll rolling on the rolling work roller surface layer, caused by A rapid heating, and the interior of the roller B temperature slowly, roll inside and outside temperature caused by thermal stress and the residual stress produced when the superposition of metallic materials lead to broken roll beyond the limit.
The experimental data show that, due to the high speed steel special microstructure, the friction coefficient high chromium material increased (about 3%-5%).
Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing, No.13(2010), p. 118- 122.
