Abstract.
In argon, the crack tip advances by graphite-to-graphite linking in both materials.
Fatigue cracks advances by growth in oxides in front of the crack tip.
No deep oxides form and fatigue cracks advance by graphite-to-graphite linking, as in argon.

Abstract.
Henan province is a large province of Waterscape tourism resources, whether it is the cultural resources or natural resources are very rich, at the same time with the advance of "Zhongyuan city group" concept, around the city will be the development of the Waterscape tourism industry on the agenda, as the implementation of the development strategy of "Waterscape Tourism Province" in Henan province.The research of water resource carrying capacity involves complex large systems including society, economy and environment.In this system, there are not only natural factors, but also social and economic factors. 2.
It is hoped that other cities can learn advanced management experience from these cities and make good use of water resources.Jiaozuo water change have increased, especially through the city the south-north water diversion project, it is of great benefit to the improvement of the urban hydrologic landscape, is also in urgent need of using good resources effectively, at the same time, because such as the Yuntai mountain scenic area and the blue river scenic area have vigorously launched landscape tourism, make Jiaozuo hydrological landscape very good use of resources.
