Conclusion
Our practical cluster-based PAA design integrates multiple techniques of current cluster system design, meeting the demands for high-performance computing clusters in fields such as scientific computation and engineering application.
Benefiting from the latest advances in cluster system design, the GPU is successfully introduced as the co-processor for computation-intensive application.
By porting typical algorithms in the scientific and engineering fields, comprehensive performance testing is carried out with different algorithm scheduling and different data scale, hence providing sufficient evidence for system feasibility verification as well as theoretical analysis.

As one signatory of Kyoto Protocol, China developed a series of priority projects and major engineering on clean energy.
So, the pure technological efficiency (PTEC) could increase a lot by introducing and absorbing advanced technologies.
(2) The second quadrant shows the technological efficiency of those provinces has improved, but the technological level isn’t advanced.
