Two probability functions, Gauss function and Weibull function, have been often applied in the evaluation of the error estimation of the strength of materials.
The variation in the error coefficient is also influenced by uncertainty, such as quality of structural concrete materials, the position of steel arrangement and slab size.

Magnesium and its alloys will represent a new class of degradable implant materials in orthopedic surgery.
Materials and Methods High purity magnesium (99.99%) was used in this study, the material was cut into 20 ×25 × 2mm slices.
For both materials, the O.D values deceased with increase of the contact time to blood.
High pure magnesium is appropriate for being degradable implant materials in orthopedic surgery.
