green concept.Greening of packaging materials include material of non-toxic and easy degradation and decrement,selection of high performancematerials and so on.[3] Specific requirements are as follows:when selecting packaging materials,priority selection of repeatable reuse and regeneration of packaging materials,edible materials,biodegradable materials,paper materials, improve the utilization rate of resources,realize sustainable development;Avoid to choose toxic or radioactive materials,especially the food packaging;On the outer surface of packaging materials for writing,such as indicating the types of plastic materials, etc.
cylinder is a packaging structure close to the sphere,Save more materials than the cube material form.Aftercalculation,as the high 2 times the radius of cylinder,the surface area is the smallest,that is to say the most saving material.Finally, the material cycle concept.Recyclable properties of packaging design,basically refers to what the use of packaging materials and waste at a particular time period will become the part of the whole ecosystem cycle.should avoid becominguseless from organic or inorganic resources.When the product at the end of the useful life return to the factory,Its material and the new product can be used for manufacturing the same value。
As a result,the use of natural, safe biodegradable materials design products,can be returned to the soil again after using add fertilizer to the ecosystem,rather than consumption.[5] The concept of green design in packaging design Green design concept of packaging design is reflected in three aspects,the choice of green packaging materials, the structural design of the green packaging and green packaging visual design.First of all kinds of green packaging materials mainly include the following:the paper material,the paper mainly is a natural plant fiber of raw materials,it is non-toxic, tasteless,will soon rot in the nature and not cause environmental pollution.Paper material quality is light, easy to transport and low production cost.[6]The paper material processing performance and the printing performance are good.Paper pulp molding products have low price, shockproof, good air permeability characteristics;Bamboo is one of the common natural packaging material.The limitations and
shortcomings of wood packaging shows more and more in our country.Our country's forest coverage is reducing unceasingly,in addition our country's wood packaging had difficulty in sales beyond seas.Therefore,use of the other green packaging material instead of wood packaging materials has become a necessity.Bamboo is the preferred material,bamboo yield is higher than the trees,that become shorter,easy to shape,wide application and low cost.[7]Repeatable reuse and regeneration of packaging materials,using recycled material is one of the effective ways to realize green packaging.Such as beer, beverage packaging used the glass bottle packaging,and could be used repeatedly.Using recycled materials not only can improve the utilization rate of packaging materials, and can save a lot of energy.For example,Aveda company produces the cosmetic box, powdery cake box and lipstick,that used aluminum packaging material,income of 85% is from cans recycling.Edible packaging materials,the main edible packaging
materials are edible packaging film and edible cling film.The wafer on the candy packaging and packing ice cream corn baking cup are typical of edible packaging.
