Composed basically of semiconductor thermopile, heat exchangers, box and so on, the semiconductor refrigeration equipment can work on the basis of the Peltier effect of semiconductor materials [2].
In recent years, with increasing efforts done by researchers around the world for the development of photovoltaic materials, semiconductor materials and the related technologies, particularly for the manufacturing process of photovoltaic cells and the key technology of semiconductor refrigeration[3-7], the efficiency of photovoltaic semiconductor refrigeration system has been greatly improved and the system cost declined gradually, which accelerates the process of marketization of the products of photovoltaic semiconductor cooling box.
