Some studies have
been concentrated on the development of starch-based biodegradable materials because starch is a
totally biodegradable, plentiful natural biopolymer obtained from renewable resources.
Therefore, when preparing starch-based biodegradable materials, starch should be modified firstly to increase plasticity and hydrophobicity.
Considering the biodegradability of the materials, the content of these thermoplastic polymers are kept below 10~30% [5-7].
The cantilever impact property of the composite was tested by Impact Testing Machine (XJ-300A, Wuzhong Materials Testing Machine Co.Ltd) according to GB/T1843-96, with six samples of each group.

Therefore, application of wide-gap materials and—in particular, silicon carbide of 4H polytype (4H-SiC)—is becoming one of the most promising areas of their development[1].
Silicon Carbide was one of the earliest semiconductor materials discovered.
However, due to the difficulties of growing good quality crystals, the progress of SiC devices have lagged behind those of its counterpart materials.
The work was supported by the National 863 Program (Grant No. 2011AA0504012011AA050401) from the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology.

In the process of production, long-time and high-temperature environment will lead to the increase of internal stress in the chip, which will increase the fragmentation rate of ultra-thick epitaxial materials in the later process.

The useful life of the cutters, the quality of machining the work pieces and the efficiency of the cutting process are all affected by the structure of the cutters, the materials and the geometry of the cutting edge.
Cheng kai finished the dynamic finite element simulation of the homogeneous materials and advanced accurate turning process, used different cutting parameters to implement some groups of simulation so as to get the cutting force, the straining and the distribution of the temperature field.
Cutter’s material characteristics.

The conventional methods of dealing with Cu(II) waste water mainly contain chemical precipitation, carbon adsorption, bioadsorption, solvent extraction and ion exchange[5,6], no matter which kind of them holds any defects which partly are invalidation on low Cu(II) concentration wastewater while another isolating Cu(II) by adsorption without any further procedure to recycling the metal, or existing the risk of secondary pollution, and the defects of them all are the problem of plethoric consumption of materials[7].
