Damage can also be caused accidentally by heavy machinery used to place protective bedding material on the liner.
When no leaks are present, the voltage potential distribution will be relatively uniform in the material above the liner because of the high electrical resistivity of the liner material.

Abstract.
As the FE simulations were not coupled with damage criteria, calculated results could not describe stress carrying capacity loss due to damage development in material.

Introduction
Zinc Oxide is an important, inexpensive, versatile n-type semiconducting material with wide direct energy band gap of 3.37 eV and large exciton binding energy of about 60meV at room temperature [1], It is also attractive in the field of semiconductor because of its excellent optical properties, high stability, cheap and abundant element and good electrical properties compared to other materials [2].
