According to literatures[3,4], with amine monomers of different structures and phenolic compound of different structures, it can synthesize benzoxazine monomers that can meet different demands.
Result and Discussion Structural analysis At B3LYP/6-311+G (d, p) level, geometry optimization and frequency calculation were conducted for the possible conformation of ketonic structure and alcohol structure of TMIPT molecule (gaseous phase).
Thus, it revealed that kentoic structure was far more stable than alcohol structure.

The results show that the emulsion particles possess a clear core-shell structure.
Then the core-shell structure P(VAc-BA) emulsion is obtained.
As shown in Figure 2, the P(VAc-BA) emulsion particles present core-shell structure clearly.

Single Crystal Growth and Structure Analysis of AB-type Carbonate Apatite Y.
Introduction Carbonate ions included in the crystal structure of biological apatites are significantly related with the chemical properties of bone and teeth.
Therefore, to understand the configuration of carbonate ions in the apatite structure is important for the development of apatitic biomaterials.

The interfacial structures of a metal alloy film on SiC are very complicated after annealing.
Ti3SiC2 is responsible for ohmic contact formation on Ti/Al/p-SiC structures.
Our previous results [5] found that an additional carbon film, i.e., Ti/Al/C/SiC structure, exhibits some improvement of ohmic contacts on p-type SiC, compared to the Ti/Al/p-SiC structure.
As shown in Figure 2, only the C/Al/SiC structure shows ohmic behavior.

This work is based on CMOS transistor test structures with a nominal 28nm gate length.
The test structures stack consisted of doped polysilicon/Titanium Nitride (TiN) gates/ High K.
For the wet process, we selected various alkaline chemistries in the test.
U-5 shows better nitride and oxide loss among all chemistries, as shown in Figure 1.

Due to its inertness, SiC cannot be easily structured by wet chemical processes at room temperature.
The porous SiC layer can be used e.g. for structuring purposes [2] or e.g. as seed layer for the growth of a SiC epitaxial layer with improved properties [3,4].
One main advantage of the novel tool concept is that only one side of the wafer is contacted with chemistry which ensures single side processing.
The pore structure is homogenous over the complete porous layer thickness.
A scanning electron microscope picture of the obtained pore structure can be seen in figure 3a and b.
