In the process of using work-pieces, the destruction accidents occur mostly due to the influence of residual stress, besides the material and structural strength of the work-piece[3].
These results study the effect of annealing process on mechanical properties of welded joint. 2 Test Materials and Procedures 2.1 Test materials The test material is Q355NH weathering steel (12 mm thickness), whose chemical composition and mechanical properties are listed in table 1 and 2 respectively.
