Abstract.
A series of “top hat” castings were produced by high pressure die casting (HPDC) at Canmet MATERIALS in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
The literature confirms [6] that the IHTC is affected by alloy composition, pressure, initial die temperature, superheat, geometry of mold and die materials.
Benkel of the casting group at Canmet MATERIALS for their assistance in performing casting trials.

Different materials convey different ideas.
The first three materials are wood, but because of the different colors and textures, they give people different psychological feeling.
All materials are metal coupled with dark gray composite materials with arenaceous texture.

It involves the joining of metals without fusion or filler materials.
Chemical compositions of the base materials are given in Table 1 and Table 2.
The dimensions of the specimens were conform to the American Society for Testing of Materials (ASTM) and are shown in Fig. 2.
As shown in Fig. 3 in the welding of dissimilar materials with far different properties like copper to steel, the nugget zone is not like ordinary nugget zones of similar materials or dissimilar materials with close properties.

Basic Theories on Cracking
Cracking is a discontinuous phenomenon existing in the solid materials.
Create finite element model of XPS board thermal insulation of exterior wall and the model is shown in Fig.2, thermal parameters of materials are referred to the code for thermal design of civil buildings, and listed in Table 2.
Only in this way, the deformation of adjacent layer of the system will be almost the same when thermal stress produced once exterior insulation materials encounter quickly changed temperature difference

Theoretical Analysis
Micro-voids and micro-cracks are formed at the interfaces between different materials during fabrication of plastic packaging ICs, and the MC based on polymer materials is hydrophilic and porous, so it’s easy to absorb moisture when exposed to humid ambient condition [8,9].
Fick’s second law can be applied to describe the moisture diffusion process in polymer materials [10].
Due to the different CTE (a) of different materials, the thermal stress will occur in the heat transfer process.
The package is mainly composed of silicon die, conductive adhesive, lead frame and encapsulation materials, but some materials such as gold wires are ignored.
