Based on the advantages of polymer materials over other materials, rotors which are made of the polymer material, are the functional elements of the rotor-assembled strand, and rotate under certain mass flow rate to obtain heat transfer enhancement and online automatic cleaning.
Introduction As the basic materials of the modern manufacturing, polymer materials have been replacing more and more traditional metal materials and inorganic non-metallic materials, and are widely used in automobile industry, appliance industry, electronic information, aerospace industry, etc [1].
Based on the advantages of polymer materials over others, rotors, as the functional elements of rotor-assembled strand shown in Fig.1 and first proposed by Yang et al. [2], are made of the polymer material and rotate under certain mass flow rate to obtain heat transfer enhancement and online automatic cleaning.

Introduction In recent year, the environmentally friendly raw materials have been interested and developed rapidly; as follows the growth of environmentally friendly raw materials has higher interest, especially in the application of biodegradable material from renewable sources [1].
The chemical composition from EDXRF report that the biological materials which contain Hydrogen (H), Carbon (C), Nitrogen (N) and Oxygen (O) have the highest concentration, then the other elements, which shown in Table 1 and Fig. 1.
