The numerical simulation analysis of the straightening process of the large H-shaped steel Lin Chen 1, a, Wei Tong 1, b, Hao Li 1, c and Yuyan Liu 1, d 1 School of Materials & Metallurgy, Inner Mongolia University of Science & Technology, Baotou, Inner Mongolia, 014010, China achenlin39805@163.com, btongwei4811@163.com, chao3536@163.com, d liuyuyan39805@163.com Keywords: large H-shaped steel, straightening, numerical simulation, Mises stress.
According to the geometric dimensions of the roll straightening, we could set up the solid model that the distance between rollers was 2.2m, roller diameter was 1.23m, the simulate length of H-shaped steel was 8m and the material of H-shaped steel was Q235 .In this paper, we initially assumed it was a ideal elastoplastic material model, and obeyed Von Mises yield criterion and isotropic hardening criteria.
We know that the upper limit of the stress fluctuations depends on the yield limit of the material plasticity, and enhancement patterns (the model is assumed to be elastic-perfectly plastic model).

In this production-energy-coupled model (PECM), four flows are included, the material flow, the energy flow, the information flow and the emission flow.
Introduction In the development process of industrialization, the typical high energy-intensive industries, represented by chemical, metallurgy, oil refining, and electrical power generation by the fossil fuels, building materials, textile industries, etc., are consuming the main energy resources around the world.
Based on common characteristic analysis for production of the factories in typical continuous industries with great energy-consumption and great emission, represented by chemical, metallurgy, oil refining, and electrical power generation by the fossil fuels, building materials, textile industries, the continuous production procedure and energy consumption procedure happen simultaneously.
The energy flow should be analyzed from the same level coupling with other three flows, i.e., the material flow, information flow and emission flow.
