This is expected due to the influence of carrier diffusion into the substrate, but to
investigate if also any material properties are changing during the growth the samples were
investigated by structural, optical and electrical techniques to obtain depth information on the
material properties.
(b) carrier lifetime mapping on as grown material (c) carrier lifetime mapping on polished stripe.
The FWHM of the peak related to 4H-SiC is ~15 arcsec which indicates very small stress in the material.

In this industry like in other industrial fields, development of new refractory materials
is thus one of the actual world challenges.
Materials The Cr-Ni-Al alloys were synthesized by melting metal pieces in a HF furnace, in a chilled copper crucible.
Chromium, nickel and aluminum raw materials are of commercial-purity (>99.9%).

The impact strenght increase with increasing the p-SBPEPB content before it is not over 8 wt%, when p-SBPEPB content is 8 wt%, the impact strength of materials achieves 0.449 kJ/m2 , which increases nearly one time than that of 0wt% sample (0.227 kJ/m2).
After added the p-SBPEPB, the fracture surfaces of specimens is not so clear- even, and has many holes as (b), (c) and (d), which is the fracture character of tough materials.
So the toughness of materials was improved though the addition small amounts of the LC epoxy resin, and mechanical and thermal properties were enhanced.
The co-curing of liquid crystalline epoxy resin with BPAER can increase the Tg and the impact strength of usually epoxy materials.
