Study of the temporal and spatial distribution of water temperature in Ertan Reservoir based on prototype observation Qi Changjun1,2,a, Lu Baohong3 1Appraisal Centre for Environmental and Engineering,Ministry of Environmental Protection, Beijing 100012, China 2State Environmental Protection Key Laboratory of Numerical Modeling for Environment Impact Assessment, Beijing 100012, China 3College of Hydrology and Water Resources, Hohai University, Nanjing 210098, China aqcj882@126.com Keywords: Ertan reservoir; mathematical model; prototype observation; water temperature distribution Abstract: When a reservoir is built, it will change the hydraulic features of the natural river, and cause thermal stratification which has significantly influence on the reservoir area and downstream ecological environment.
Temperature measurement range: 0 to 40˚C; Accuracy: ±0.1˚C; Resolution: 0.01˚C Field data shows that the prototype observation programme above not only reflects the spatial variation regularity of water temperature in front of the dam, but also provides reliable and material data for the study of water temperature prediction models and formulae.

The level of urbanization in Zhejiang Province in 2010 was up to 61.6%, nearly 12 percentage points higher than the average number in China. The fine economy condition provides a good material basis for the development of low-carbon economy in Zhejiang.
However, it is worth noting that Zhejiang province has a number of engineering-based universities such as Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Industrial University, Ningbo University, and a large number of research institutions.
Scientific evaluation of the development potential of low-carbon economy is the key to the development of low-carbon economy.

According to the theory, each subsystem interacts one another by material, energy and information exchange, etc, making the system change from disorder to order or from one orderly state to a higher orderly one.
It also shows that the market structure is the key to realize the market effective operation.

Introduction The key role of ion implantation in achieving nano-scale doping features in the fabrication of Si-based modern devices has lead to a heightened interest in the defects produced from these processes.
Recently, the W- and X-lines have been detected in both proton and Si-ion implanted natural (natSi) and 30Si enriched material, subsequently annealed around 500◦C.

In the field of urban and rural planning, a number of scholars research on the theories and methodologies of low-carbon campus, for example, Yuxiong Li does study on the transportation system planning and comprehensive use of water resource in campus [1], Zisong Wang has proposed his strategy about energy using, material saving and water saving in campus [2], and Jing Zhou as well as Zheng Yao has done relative researches [3,4,5].
The site plan directly guides the design of all buildings and engineering facilities in campus, and it is the practical sessions which presents the low-carbon construction as well as energy saving and emission reduction in campus [6].
