The numerical model has described the relative theories about the mass process of ion implantation, but it hasn’t gave the relative mechanisms on the process of metal ion implantation into matrix materials at elevated temperature, so it can only predict and simulate the relationship between the concentration and the depth of implanted ion, not to mention the forming phases.

Overview of BIPVs/BAPVs system According to the combination degree of PV components integrated with building, PV application in building is divided into two type: First, building and PV system combination is packaged PV module installed in the building on the roof, also known as photovoltaic attached to the building (Building Attached photovoltaic, BAPV), another form of BIPV photovoltaic system integrated with building design, photovoltaic devices and building materials are integrated, instead of some building materials.
Amorphous thin film PV as a new generation of solar cells, thin film solar cells not only has abundant raw materials and low energy consumption, pollution-free, easy to highlight the advantages of the production of large area, low light, good adaptability, etc., has a large advantage in BIPV.

It is common knowledge that harmful substances in materials can be leached out to overland runoff, soil or even underground water in surface rain’s leaching procedure.
Leaching experiment is usually used to identify harmful substances in materials, to find out maximum leaching content of harmful elements, to know about factors affecting harmful elements’ transfer, and to provide kinetic parameters for computer simulation [4].
