Abstract.
The reason may be that the research on the mechanical properties of laminated glass with PVB film has not been conducted in domestic yet, which result in lacking of experimental data to support the material parameters, inaccurate understanding of the mechanical model of the laminated glass and corresponding numerical simulation, The shear resisting is a main factor affected the performance of PVB film, and there hasn’t experimental research on the shear modulus in China yet.
And the shear strain-stress relation is , and Acknowledgement The author would like thank to the financial support of National Research Program of China (Contract No. 50978195) References [1]Belis, J., Depauw, J., Callewaert, D., Delincé, D., Impe, R.V., Failure mechanisms and residual capacity of annealed glass/SGP laminated beams at room temperature,Engineering Failure Analysis,2008

In order to avoid the generation of harmful lattice defects in the active device areas, a good
insight in e.g. the nucleation and propagation mechanisms of dislocations and the gettering
mechanisms of metal impurity atoms is essential for the process development engineer.
The hexagonal silicon rods are precursors of 60° and 90° dislocation dipoles which are observed in the same material after prolonged anneals [22], and also of the dislocation loops and stacking faults which are e.g. observed in annealed ion implanted material.
Controlling precipitation phenomena in semiconductors is one of the key issues for the further development of advanced processing steps for the fabrication of ULSI circuits.
Conclusion Both intrinsic and extrinsic point defects play a crucial role in the nucleation of extended defects in advanced silicon materials.

Obtaining very smooth silicon surfaces is a key prerequisite for particle detection using laser scattering.
The ever increasing detrimental impact of particulate contamination in smaller feature-size device manufacturing will create future research opportunities and engineering challenges to develop finer particle/defect detection systems as well as particle/defect review, classification, and characterization systems both for bulk-silicon and SOI wafers.
