XRD patterns of the nanoparticles dried at (a): 50oC, (b):150oC, (c):300oC, (s): a known pattern of bismuth aluminate The results obtained suggested that bismuth aluminate was synthesized by drying at 50oC and it’s crystal structure would be demolished when the drying temperature rose to 150oC, the product was more complicated when the temperature reached 300oC.
From above analysis, we deduced that the crystal structure of bismuth aluminate compounds might has striking similarities with the crystal structure of montmorillonite.

The chemical composition of RH varies depending on the type of paddy, climate and geography, soil chemistry, sample preparation, analysis method [1].
The obtained samples were characterized by XRD to evaluate the structure and phase of nanosilica whether crystallite or amorphous phase.
In the present study, the amorphous nanosilica pattern was observed for all acid-treated samples without any NaOH addition.Amorphous nanosilica structure is generally formed at a synthesis temperature below 800 °C [5].

The existing classifications of eutectic structures are mostly based on dependence of the morphological and dimensional features of the co-crystallizing phases on the cooling conditions of the melt during its crystallization [12].
It should be noted that in accordance with the dimensions of the ionic radiuses of Y3+ 0,097 nm and Ca2+ 0,104 nm the greatest effect of the ZrO2-x stabilization in the tetragonal structure could be expected with the combined use of these oxides.

From the measured values of total porosity ε can be concluded that all the deacidification methods take effect change in pore structure.
Due to treatment, decreased adhesion tension for water, samples increased their dispersive nature (hydrophobicity), and the structure is accompanied mostly by a deepening contraction of the samples.

Using these
structures as the starting point, more accurate optimized structures are obtained using MP2 with the
6-311++G(3df, 3pd) basis sets, which include additional polarization and diffusion functions.
The stochastic search starts from a randomly generated structure and is terminated when the latest P AFIR paths do not update the lowest M structures.
We employed GRRM17 [16] for the SC-AFIR algorithm for the equilibrium structure search and Gaussian16 program [28] the electronic structure calculations.
