Abstract.
Introduction Ceramic materials and ceramic matrix composites (CMC) play important roles in science and technology.
A schematic of ceramics joining used interlayer materials is shown in Fig. 1.
The phenomenon of materials sintered at short time by microwave can be explained that the materials could absorb microwave to heat rapidly, polarize and dielectric loss at electromagnetic field.

Materials mp-761394 and mp-762566 show exceptionally high volumetric capacitance, especially needed for polyanionic cathode materials [1], but we was not able to find naturally occurring isostructural analogue for these materials.
