By appropriately modeling the structure considering elasto-plastic behaviour, it becomes possible to observe the structural response as the plasticization of structural elements progresses: in this context, accounting for material and geometric nonlinearities has proven essential, since the material and structure's behaviour under fire are governed by complex phenomena, due to the significant deformations and distortions involved.
Due to the softening of the material and the consequent reduction of the mechanical properties, the M-N domain reduces itself, allowing the possibility of the so-called early plasticization.

Furthermore, many developers have misunderstand of construction of low-carbon residential communities, which requires expensive high-tech materials to prevent the investment motivation of developers in term of the maximum economic value.
At present, a lot of research on high-tech materials of low-carbon concept is not efficiently applied into real construction.
High-tech materials can save energy, but the production of these materials produces large amounts of greenhouse gases.
