Furthermore, many developers have misunderstand of construction of low-carbon residential communities, which requires expensive high-tech materials to prevent the investment motivation of developers in term of the maximum economic value.
At present, a lot of research on high-tech materials of low-carbon concept is not efficiently applied into real construction.
High-tech materials can save energy, but the production of these materials produces large amounts of greenhouse gases.

One of the methods to reduce the amount of synthetic plastics is to add natural material into plastic.
Natural fibers are one of natural materials which have been increasingly used as alternative fillers in polymer composites.
Experimental Materials A commercial grade of isotactic PP (700J) was supplied by Thai Polypropylene Co., Ltd.

Preparation and carrying out experiment terials The main objective in creating a semipermeable membrane is the searching for biocompatible materials which due to its structure could have the necessary conditions.
These ions induce latent narrow tracks through the entire thickness of the polymeric material.
Subsequent selective etching can remove these defective areas and receive the porous material with nano pores density from 106 cm-2 to 109 cm-2.
