Materials and Methods Samples of Feces.16 10-month-old sheepfeces (four non-transgenic sheep, six VP1 and sixSB-SW transgenic sheep), which breed is merino, was taken about 10g in 50mL sterile centrifuge tube, placed at -20℃ for extracting fecal genomic DNA.
They all were bred in the same condition and provided by resistance of transgenic sheep breeding group came from China Agricultural University College of animal science and technology.

The Study Site and Research Methods A duplex housing community besides the Science Industrial District in Tainan City of Taiwan was selected as the study community.
The overall environment of the community is good with natural conservation areas nearby and a green belt which separates it from the science industrial district.
Multiple dimensional greening and open space design Multiple-layer greening and ecological corridor planning were implemented in the front yard together with the design of a shared green belt with the science industrial district (Fig 4 and Fig 6).
Rain water is collected and reused, and the water in the pond is self-purified without using artificial cleaning materials.

It has been developing rapidly in the past 20 years, and became the latest methods and technology of social structure study, and a whole new paradigm of social sciences research.
The first period (1930s-1970s), graph theory in mathematics was introduced in social science research, and the sociogram was produced, providing a series of concepts used in the study of features of the social network.
The high welfare system has played an active role, which guaranteed every citizen the materials to live on, effectively eradicated the poverty and inequity, enhanced women’s status and promoted the stability of society. [4] Compulsion and Diversity Be compulsory means that due to the history factor, the state intervened into every welfare domain and the legal system of the welfare security is comparatively perfect.
