Mining activities led to the deposition of mine waste, which was not contaminated with trace elements, was rich in carbonates and clay fraction, and was an even better parent rock than local sandy materials [17].
This situation, according to rough estimates by the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (NAAS), leads to losses of about UAH 40 billion per year (as of 2019) [23].

Wear is one of the three main forms of destruction and scrap materials and equipment, lubrication is effective technical that can reduce wear, reduce or avoid material wear[1-3].
Nano-materials have special properties, such as the small size effect of nano-materials, surface and interface effects, quantum size effect, volume effect, macroscopic quantum tunneling effect, special light absorption properties, electrochemical properties and low density, low flow rate, high absorbency, high-mix, weak compression characteristics, this is not possessed by conventional materials[9].
At present, the research field of nanometer materials is constantly expanding, from the nanocrystals, nano amorphous phase, nano particle material research extends to the research of nanometer composite material[2].

One more interesting aspect we just want to mention here is the possibility, given for example by materials as ETFE films, to allow transparency, which consequently and very easily drives to lighting and energy considerations.

The so-called transverse isotropic rock refers that rock have the same material constants in any direction parallel to the level, and have the different material parameters in parallel and vertical dimensions.
When fs is greater than 0, the material will be sheared failure.

Experimental Materials Cement (Qinling 32.5R) was produced by Shaanxi Qinling Cement Company of China.
APEG was replaced by β-CD partially, which increased the fluidity and the retardation of cement paste obviously in a certain amount and expanded the source of raw materials.
