As a kind of cheap and environment friendly photocatalyst, the TiO2 particles (especially its nanoparticles) have been considered as potential materials in some fields, such as sewage treatment, air purification and solar cells [1-3].
In order to improve the catalytic efficiency, stability and the light absorption range of the nano-TiO2 materials, researchers have recently used many methods (such as doping, grafting light absorption unit, impregnating, and so on) to prepare the new nano-TiO2 materials [4-8].

Therefore it is becoming an emerging industry to produce bioactive materials such as mycelium and pachyman through liquid fermentation and extraction.
Materials and methods Microorganism and Culture Conditions Poria cocos (reserved at the Tianjin Key Lab of Industrial Microbiology, Tianjin University of Science & Technology) were used throughout this study.
One-factor-at-a-time and Orthogonal Matrix Experiment The experiment was conducted by altering only one factor at a time to determine the optimum carbon source in place of glucose among the following materials: malt extract, lactose, sucrose, maltose, glucose; and then adjusting the initial concentration of carbon source for the optimum initial concentration.

As a membrane material for a reverse osmosis filter is used polyamide and cellulose, both of these materials yield good result in case of their use.
Also plays an important role filter design, the filter is also available in the form of a straight pipe with direct winding on it filtering materials, and possibly the execution of the filter tube in the form of a spirally wound filter material [7].
It can be executed from different materials and have various forms.

Introduction
Study of the effects of weathering processes on the structure and physical and mechanical properties of rocks and composite materials used in construction is very important for assessing the residual life of structural elements [1-5].
Periodic processes of freezing and thawing, saturation with water containing dissolved salts and acids, ultraviolet radiation, and periodic mechanical loads – all these phenomena lead to significant degradation of the strength properties of heterogeneous materials.
There are many NDE techniques to study the effects of the above phenomena on construction materials, and the following ones are worth noting: X-ray tomography [6-8], neutron diffraction [9] and the most widely used traditional acoustic methods [10-12].
