In previous study for failure mechanism of fractured rock, there is a laboratory experiment method where uses rock specimens or real rock material made of joints and fissures to research the mechanical properties of fractured rock in condition of simple fracture distribution.
At present, for research of fractured rock mechanics properties at home and abroad, many scholars [1~8] made a lot of achievements, such as from continuum model, discontinuum model to semicontinuum model [1~3]; from uniform material mechanics to non-uniform material mechanics; even from macro material to micro material to study failure mechanism of fractured rock [4,9].
It is assumed that the mechanical properties of whole element material obey Weibull distribution.

The material properties of the aluminum alloy are the following: Young’s modulus is 71000Mpa, Poisson’s ratio is 0.33, density is 2.77E-6 kg/m^3, the yielding strength is 280 Mpa, the ultimate strength is 310 Mpa, the tangent modulus is 338 Mpa.
The material properties is a nonlinear elasto-platic material shown in Figure 2.

Coconut oil is a favorite raw material in personal care products of natural origin, and this is the main raw material that Ben Tre province is focusing on to diversify its products.
Materials and Method Raw Materials and Chemicals Crude coconut oil was collected in Ben Tre (Vietnam), which the physical and chemical parameters are checked and meet the standards of Vietnamese (TCVN 7597: 2013) such as relative density, refractive index, saponification value, value iodine.

Materials and Methods
In order to assess how the application of fertilizer at the time of planting affects the growth of young pines and spruces and their physiology, then in 2020 on June 4, seedlings with fertilizer (FP – fertilized plots) and without (CP – control plots) were planted near each other in eight areas of the Latvian state forest areas where the soil was prepared in raised areas (mounds) and in seven areas where the soil was prepared in furrows.
Certified reference materials USGS-40 and USGS-41 (L-Glutamic acid) were used.
