The specific combination of these materials dictates the coating's suitable operating temperature range, which is crucial given the diverse operating conditions within a turbine.
Materials and Experimental Procedures Composite powders (Al-bal., Si – 8wt.%, hBN – 20wt.%) were used in this study.
Based on the obtained data regarding chemical composition, porosity, and microhardness, these coatings demonstrate promising characteristics for use as abradable materials for gas turbine engine housings.

Experimental materials and methods Experimental materials Lake asphalt and 70﹟basic asphalt are chosen as the cement in the experiment.
All the materials can satisfy the the requirements of respective technical standards.
Mastic asphalt under high temperature can be regarded as the numerous polymer chain mixed by the particles of mine materials interlocking structure into a mesh filling system of three-dimensional reticular structure [1].
This will cause the failure rate of the bound node bigger than generation rate which make the density of system average bound node decrease, system viscosity fell, the shear thinning effect appeared, embody the thixotropy of the materials.

As the value created by other material production sectors is deducted during calculation and only the new value created by industrial sectors is reflected, it gives a truer picture of development situation of industrial sectors compared to total industrial output value.

The basic idea is to introduce a type of virtual material whose density varies in the range of [0, 1].
The continuous structure is then dispersed into a continuous finite element model, the density of each element is used as the design variables, and thus the structural topology optimization problem is transformed into the optimal distribution problem of unit materials.
In this method, unit materials are assumed as isotropic and the micro-structure and additional homogenization process are not necessary, which is more applicable for solving the dynamic topology optimization problems of three-dimensional continuous structures.
