In order to instruct on-site workers to accomplish the assembly job fast and exactly, improve the assembly quality and efficiency, we proposed a management method for assembly technical annotation in 3D assembly instruction. This method maps 3D technical annotations to assembly operation and assembly time based on time sequence granularity, achieves the goal of showing assembly technical annotations based on assembly process. We demonstrated the effectiveness of this method with a satellite antenna feed components assembly process instance. The instance shows that this method can mark assembly technical annotations based on assembly process, and show the annotations in time sequence but not in assembly space. This will help on-site assembly workers to understand the assembly order fast and unambiguously, finish the assembly operations correctly.

The halogenated hydrocarbon and pyridine are used in the synthesis of room temperature ionic liquid intermediates chlorinated N-butyl pyridine BPC, and the nuclear magnetic resonance instrument and the intermediate infrared spectrometer are used in chemical structure characterization, so it is determined that the synthesis is the room temperature ionic intermediates BPC. We use differential scanning calorimetric method for the determination of BPC melting point and enthalpy change. We use the double decomposition reaction of BPC and NaBF4 in acetone for the synthesis of BP-BF4 ionic liquids. We use infrared spectrometer for the structure characterization, it is proved that we have gotten BP-BF4 room temperature ionic liquids. Solvent polarity and acid alkali both will have an influence on ultraviolet spectrum diagram displacement of room temperature ionic liquid, so in the research of ultraviolet spectrum diagram of ionic liquids and other solvent mixed solution, it is necessary to indicate which solvent is used.

For the problems of the oversized voltage and undersized displacement in the electrostatic micro actuator of transverse loading recently, a silicon micro actuator model with characteristics of large-displacement and low-voltage is presented based on the principle of vertically-horizontally bending. The deflection equation of the micro actuator is derived. The axial static electricity, temperature stress and axial squeezing pressure on the deformation of micro-beam are analyzed. The simulation shows that the displacement is as big as 17.5μm when the driving voltage is as low as 5V. The displacement is much larger than the deformation of the current micro actuator.

The smart power consumption is an important orientation in peak load shifting and load shedding of power grid in particular time period. The large-scale electrical devices like central air-condition in commercial building have the great potential in the energy efficiency improvement and available load integration. The effectively regulation of power load in public and commercial construction can improve the stability and reliability of power grid. The power situation in china and the content of empirical study were introduced, and the system hardware design and software platform construction is demonstrated. The function modules of software platform and realization of regulation system are discussed in final.

Algorithm of vehicle scheduling optimization could be integrated in the GIS platform. Therefore, distribution software can automatically make the delivery plan and managers also can make the optimizing choice of the optimal distribution route. Firstly, this paper introduces the necessity of introducing GIS into the logistics industry. Moreover, advantages and disadvantages of the current path planning in the logistics distribution which often used in some algorithms (genetic algorithm, mountain climbing algorithm, ant colony algorithm, etc.) will be listed. Finally, a more practical hybrid algorithm will be used to the GIS so that managers can optimize the logistics distribution path selection.

Based on the friction stir welding rig,the temperature field model was established by COMSOL Multiphysics under the coupling effect of joule-heat and friction heat. The coupled temperature field distribution and variation rule of the analysis model were simulated and analyzed under current-carrying or without current. The results show that the maximum temperature mainly distributes the contact area of the pin tool and work piece. The distribution of the temperature and isothermal layer with current is basically same with non current. The temperature distribution area of shoulder with current gets larger than without current condition. Under the constant welding velocity,axial force,rotation velocity and displacement,the maximum temperature produced by coupling function of joule-heat and friction heat is much higher than the one,which engendered by friction heat.

Basing on the basic attributes of the green machine product, the article put forward the main principles that should to be abided, when construct the synthesis evaluate index system. Then use the AHP method in analyzing the choice approach of the green machine product`s design scheme.
Green machine product means that in its whole life process (including material gaining, designing, manufacturing, packing, transiting, using, recycle, reusing or refilling), we can economize the energy, do little or minimum damage to the environment, protect the worker well. It has four characteristics including technology advancement, economic, resource saving and environment friendliness. Green machine product design is to make sure that it can influence the environment less and keep its basic functions, service life and quality. Its green degree play an important role in judging whether or not it can meet the green product’s basic requirements and improving its design project and produce technology.

Based on average loading assumption, a non-linear contact finite element model of coupling triple-diaphragm assembly configuration is established. In accordance with the result of diaphragm equivalent stress, the yield strength criterion and high cycle-stress fatigue life norm are adopted to calculate strength safety coefficient and fatigue life of coupling diaphragm. The durability of coupling diaphragm is proved enough numerically.

As a necessary component in pneumatic muscle, minimum switch and minimum mechanical hand, pen cylinder used as prime actuator possesses the characteristics of high speed actuation possible, easy installation, improved wear resistance and so on. The construction and working principle of the pen cylinder are introduced. Using 3-D stress field finite element analysis (FEA) method, the stress field distribution of pen cylinder with preload in mounting nut is analyzed. Simulation results are presented. The stress characteristics are compared between different preload in mounting nut and thickness of mounting bracket.
