(1) Energy-efficient of Construction Process: Building energy conservation includes energy consumption during construction process and construction utilizing, energy consumption during construction process consists of construction materials, construction fittings, the production and transportation of construction equipment, construction technology and installation, energy consumption during construction utilizing includes the energy consumption of heating, ventilation, air condition, illumination, domestic appliances, lift, cold and hot water supply during the house construction.
(6) Decorating Materials of Indoor Walls: The decorating materials of the underneath type earth cave dwelling are usually those regional materials easily collected, for example, the underneath type earth cave in Bai She, San Yuan county employs the locally called "Carclazyte" as the decorating materials of indoor walls, which is different from the commonly seen and used latex paint in the city.
Under the actual conditions of climate crisis, we should have full comprehension on the natural advantage of the underneath type earth cave dwelling in energy and land conservation, select the technological measures of science and low energy waste to improve the conditions on a timely manner, such as water proof in the sand layer, green and natural air conditioning system (Patent), straw gasification, methane utilization, solar and wind energy, water storage and trickle irrigation, recycled water disposal, biomass energy, etc.
