Introduction
Mechanical alloying (MA) technique is a powerful method for the elaboration of powdered nanostructured materials.
In the case of nanostructured ferromagnetic materials, if the cristallite size decreases down to the nanometric scale a change in the magnetic properties is frequently observed, which has been well explained by the random anisotropy model (RAM) [3, 4].

Thus, the sub-zero treatment transformed from the "black-art" to the accepted topic of science.
In addition, Gavriljuk et al. [7] used powder metallurgy steel while conventional cast and wrought materials were used in other cited works.

While studies of eggshell concrete or rubberized concrete are present, it is a new approach to replace both cement and sand with waste materials.
Many researches also attempted to derive a more accurate expression especially when replacement materials were involved [41-42].

By means of test data, CHEOL et al built up the intelligent models of material removal rate, surface roughness, grinding residual stress and so on for the grinding of cylindrical insert type [3].
Grinding Experiment Conditions of Spiral Bevel Gears Gear Material and Machining Process Here 20CrMnTi of spiral bevel gears was commonly selected in automobile gear material.
This showed that grinding temperature in this area already achieved ACcm of material or overtaked AC3.

Each of the process requires inputs such as energy and raw materials, and outputs such as products and emissions.
However, such methodology may not be applicable for Philippine scenario due to its unique raw material supply-chain and its environmental constraints.

Every violation of optimal production technology causes irreversible changes in the material that are visible on the fracture after breaking.
Material degradation of engineering components can occur when any of production technologies is applied.
The using of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), allowing simple and operational evaluation of micromorphology of fracture surfaces, brought huge development to the fractography science.
The flakes are occurring by acting of hydrogen content and high internal stress due to cooling of a material to the relative low temperatures.
